Good basic and comfortably furnished units with air freshener and fridge plus 1 bedroom, and the staff were efficient. Location: the hotel was just off ferry from Horseshoe Bay in the morning as well as river walk.

The hotel was in a central location to everything we wanted. It was near North Shore with the specific purpose of doing the Grouse Grind as well as downtown Vancouver by bus. - the place was reasonably priced.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and was close to Lions Gate Hospital. This was an important factor in booking this particular hotel.

The location of this hotel was excellent for our trip and stay. It was just off the Lion's Gate Bridge, providing easy access to the island ferries and Grouse Mountain. The staff were friendly and provided great service during our stay. The basic amenities in the room were well-maintained and functional. The breakfast had a decent variety, including coffee, milk, juice, waffles.

unfortunately could not check in until 4:00 as the room was not ready yet....and as we had a concert to go to that night we could not get ready as quickly as i would have liked as we were also going out to dinner prior to the concert

The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet, with a location close to local attractions, nature, and the city, including a 15-minute drive to a long treetop bridge.

Comfort and location to the worksite

The Grouse Inn is a short jaunt from Stanley Park, as well as the Capilano Suspension Bridge, and Grouse Mountain. It's a clean, decent motel; but nothing special, other than the great location.

The rooms are dark and the only view is of the parking lot. There is an outdoor pool; but no jacuzzi. The continental breakfast was as basic as they get.

The property has a great and simple atmosphere, with very friendly staff and a highly experienced manager.
